Centerline’s team of estimators is highly experienced in all aspects of construction estimating from the design stages, competitive bidding, change orders, and project close out phases.

Our Estimating staff offers a unique blend of talent with architectural, structural, electrical, lighting, and HVAC estimating which allows us to match the needs of construction projects, regardless of size, scope or location. We have the resources, experience, and expertise to ensure a timely, detailed, and accurate estimate for your construction project.

We utilize some of the best construction estimating software programs available to ensure a complete and comprehensive deliverable to our clients. We have also build custom templates, spreadsheets, and databases for our clients.

Centerline is based in Southern California, a California corporation since 1994.  We also have satellite offices in NYC, Pittsburgh & Wyoming. Starting out as a general contractor holding a CA Class B License, and evolved into a construction estimating firm. Since 1999, we have focused our services exclusively on estimating for commercial construction projects.

Centerline is a certified California Small Business Enterprise SBE, entitled to compete in the state's goal to spend 25% of its annual contracting dollars with small businesses.
